Pelt / Fuzz Algae

This aquarium algae looks like smooth yarn, grows on aquarium plants' leaves and stems. They are green and have size around 2-20 mm long, strongly wrap the invaded leaves and stems. They don't need strong light to thrive.

Almost all aquarium plants can be invaded by this aquarium algae. You can put algae eaters like Siamese Algae Eater and Ramshorn snail to fight them.
